To receives all requests, inquiries, complaints and contacts from clients and records customer inquiry. And co-ordinates with global team and technical staff for sorting out information to advise clients.

• Create electronic folder number in system
• Designates the messenger (contract out) to pick up samples/return samples to the client
• Receives all requests, inquiries, complaints and contacts from clients and records customer inquiry
• Co-ordinates with global team, technical staff for sorting out information to advise clients
• Advises clients the status of tests, e.g. delay of results, problem of testing condition and take a proactive response
• Check and Follow up sample subcontract to our affiliate to get test report
• Reports and handle customer’s complaints to Operational Integrity Section Head, Quality Assurance Executive and Management of C&P as applicable.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) policies and code of Integrity
• Comply with the laboratory quality policy and quality management system.
• Other tasks as designated by the Customer Services and Administration Supervisor or Commercial Manager
• Customer Services and Administration Supervisor is deputy when above position is absent

• Bachelor Degree (Related Field) or equivalent
• Related customer service or sales work experience
• Fluent Chinese language skills (speaking, writing, reading)
• Good English language skills (speaking, writing, reading)
• Communication skill, Technical training, Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Quality system
• 2 years’ experience in Textile Industries or related business (is a PLUS)
