A VIP Receptionist role typically involves high-level administrative and customer service duties, with a strong emphasis on discretion, professionalism, and exceptional client care. This role also require you to have a good manner to deliver a good service, warm welcome, and professionally in both Chinese and English.
- Greet VIP guests and clients with warmth, discretion, and professionalism
- Offer personalized service tailored to high-profile individuals (e.g., remembering preferences)
- Maintain a poised and polished demeanor at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, solution-oriented service
- Manage complaints or issues swiftly and gracefully

- Maintain the appearance and ambiance of reception and VIP waiting areas
- Prepare welcome materials (badges, refreshments, briefings).
- Ensure all VIP areas are secure, private, and meet luxury standards.
- Other tasks assigned by Management.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Professional experience in Receptionist, Customer Service, and related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Good listener and flexible
