Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering customer phone calls
- Assign callback ticket in SAP system to respective team Technician
- Call to inform team Technician
- On time Key in Callback report in SAP system
- Monitor and follow up team Technicians to close Callback ticket in FieldLink Application
- Assist in Spare part arrangement with EI Technician
- Other tasks will be assigned by Direct Manager
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skill
- Have organizational skill
- Flexibility to work with team
- Experience Fresh graduate
- Good command in English
- Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point.
- Mobile Application.
