Responsibilities and Duties

Build good relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Attend events and conferences to network with potential clients.
Provide valuable insights and solutions to address client challenges.
Maintain regular contacts with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Manage Debt Financing Operations
Prospect new clients and assist them on loan applications.
Conduct loan appraisal and collect detailed information.
Manage and execute loan contracts and arrange for disbursement of loans.
Monitor loans and follow up to ensure timely repayments.
Ensure full compliance with all policies & procedures.
Monitor Fund Collection
Follow up on fund collection.
Prepare and maintain filing system of fund record.
Prepare and manage required paperwork.
Research and develop business opportunities
Conduct market research and analysis of market, competition, industry trend, regulatory and legal framework, etc.
Conduct research and analysis of growth potential for existing and new products.
Work with team to develop new products, services, and investment proposals.
Other tasks will be assigned by CEO and Management Team.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree (preferably master’s degree) in banking & finance or accounting or business related.
Minimum three years of experience in business development or related field with commercial bank, microfinance, investment firm, or real estate development business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of financial markets, financial analysis.
Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pleasant attitude and interpersonal skills.
