- Daily review and verify job, task, job planning line no. on project invoices, and reimbursement before post-project transactions (invoices, petty cash, reimbursement……, etc.) and capture data into D365 system after all related signature are obtained.
- Daily support all enquiries from warehouse team.
- Identification of project invoices with discrepancies and resolve them.
- The correspondence with vendors and respond to inquiries if required.
- Weekly check non-capitalize and small tools (with new unit cost) transfer report by job codes and task codes submitted by warehouse team.
- Monthly check consumables & supplies purchase & consumption report submitted by warehouse team.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the direct manager depending on the workload.
- Bachelor degree graduate Accounting, or/and related fields.
- 1-2 years experience in accounting.
- Commit to meet deadline project and time management skills.
- Good mathematical, computer skills, good in English.
- Often alongside accounting professionals.
- The ability to multi-task and manage the time.
- High-level numerical skills.
- Confidentiality, good interpersonal, communication, safety awareness and team work.
