- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial screenings of potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit with the company culture.
- Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurately filed and up to date.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
