- Analyze and discuss the training need basing on current situation with head of department to identify and develop the training curriculum and training material for employees
- Prepare training budget and make presentation the plan to head of department before delivery training
- Coordinate outsourcing agencies to conduct internal training for employees
- Conduct training assessment and tracking on the result after training deliver to ensure employee understand and could apply what they have learnt into working place
- Assist head of department to develop company policies and procedures in compliance with HR standard practices, laws and regulation.
- Be the focal person to conduct orientation, communicate the update/new rule and regulation to employees to ensure employees have understand and implement the rule
- Discuss with head of department to revise HR procedures and forms fit to current need to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in company
- Create attractive employee engagement or any campaigns to engage employees within working place
- Manages and supports operational issues related to employees
- Supervise on team to ensure they have delivered the task basing on their KPI and with effectiveness
- Other task assigned by head of departments
