- Oversee ticket operations personnel across all channels to provide efficient and high-quality service in compliance with Tickets' standards and processes
- Manage financial and strategic strategies, and the department's daily operations
- Work with divisions to develop new ticketing plans and ensure that goals and processes are followed
- Assist the Lead Manager of Operations in managing the ticketing system across many platforms (in person, via phone, mail, and online), including holds, allocations, discounts, etc
- Plan and coordinate training for all Ticket Sales and Operations employees
- Manage customer data in accordance with data protection laws and privacy policies to ensure compliance
- Oversee the daily administration of web sales and inquiries
- Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely reporting to clients
- Assist the Lead Manager of Operations manage the online ticketing system and improve the website to increase online ticket sales
- BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field

- Good command of communication in both Khmer and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel and Outlook
