Responsibilities and Duties

Provide supervision and monitoring of students during school hours in accordance with school policies.
Assist teachers in supervising student behavior and addressing any behavioral issues or concerns that may arise in class.
Implement and enforce school rules and regulations, fostering a culture of respect and responsibility among students, serving as a mentor and role model.
Document and report any incidents, disciplinary actions, or concerns to the appropriate school personnel.
Participate in school events, including promoting school programs, parent workshops, student competitions, and awards ceremonies.
Engage in school professional development training.
Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings at the end of each semester.

Qualifications and Skills

No experience is needed; an undergraduate bachelor's degree student or a freshman in education or TESOL.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective result;
Desire to learn and overcome new challenges;
Hard working and self-motivated person, honest, reliable, loyal, responsible, and very good team work;
Willing to work with a diversified international team.
