Responsibilities and Duties

Assisting Marketing and Communication Manager in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.
Good at social media management and work with social media team to ensure all content are compliance per brand guidelines.
Fully manage and Marketing platforms (lead CEH, Qualifio, Uberall platform) and Mobile App.
Fully manage POSM and all premium gift items from production till distribution.
Fully manage PR, Contract and Prevention Plan per company rules.
Assist on delivering marketing plan and strategy to support Lubricant Business, Retail Service Stations, Shop Food and Service (SFS) and Card KPI.
Work closely with SFS team to develop promotional campaign to support non-fuel business (Bonjour Shop, Café Bonjour & Bakery, WASH, CCP, and Lube
Assist on driving and strengthen Lubricant brand awareness and visibility.
Work closely with Lubricant Team to support and deliver on BTL activities.
Ensure all jobs are compliance per procurement and company rules.
Support and drive on ground activation and training.
Be able to lead and work with local and oversea supplier to develop new promotional activities.
Tracking campaigns prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
Supporting HR department in organizing internal events and CSR events.
Monitoring & controlling A&P budget to ensure the budget under utilization.

Qualifications and Skills

Education Background: Bachelor of Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Experience: Two years of experience in advertising and digital marketing preferred.
Skill: Ability to work on several projects at the same time.
Language: Good English Level in writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of new technologies.
Ability to travel to provinces, and possessing a driving license is a plus.
