Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform general administration of HR and administrative affairs
  • Manage all human resource matters including planning and development, staff recruitment, staff orientation, annual performance appraisal and etc
  • Organize, maintain and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information
  • Work closely with various department managers to assess staffing requirements and provide assistance in the development of strategic staffing plans
  • Analyses staff issues and resolves in a timely manner
  • Review and align the company’s HR policies and guidelines following HR related legislation and employment laws
  • Manage and oversee the office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies and equipment, management of contracts, lease or tenancy agreements, organization and office space management, administration of employee’s insurance, liaison with vendors and contractors
  • Oversee and manage all transportations, accommodation for workshops, events or any other company activities
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions of the office
  • Oversee security facilities services and maintenance activities
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned subject to business needs
Qualifications and Skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or any other related field
  • Minimum 4 years (for assistant manager level) or minimum 8 years (for manager level) of relevant working experience in HR Function and Administration
  • Good knowledge and understanding in Cambodia’s Labour Law
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Khmer, Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantage
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office is essential
  • Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
  • With good sense of leadership that fosters an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment
  • Highly critical and with great attention to details, and exercises professional judgment
