- Read and Understand SOP.
- Receive shipment information from Operations Staff.
- Submit SI/VGM to carrier before cut off and check draft bill carefully.
- Create and send Draft FCR to shippers
- Send Debit note to shippers. Input expense on system and then settle payment to carrier.
- Audit all related documents of a shipment (Carrier Bill, Vendor Docs) vs System data. Send Shipping Advice and Upload documents to customer on time.
- Complete the jobs per KPI.
- Do the other jobs that is assigned.
- Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Transportation, marine or related fields
- Good command of English ( Writing & reading skills) and computer skills ( MS office)
- Have 1-2 years experience in the same role
- Have knowledge in submit SI/VGM
- Being careful, responsible, dynamic, enthusiasm & hard working
