Responsibilities and Duties
- Actively execute sales strategies through cold calling, networking and social media, and processing the order of clients
- Manage the incoming calls and generate sales leads
- Going out for setting up meetings with clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication by using the right methods or tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivables to ensure the effectiveness of collecting balances
- Build a new customer base to maximize sales and retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Track competitor pricing and sales strategies
- Maintain and update weekly sales reports and submit them to the direct supervisor
Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field
- Good command of English
- Computer literacy in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Internet, Email,...etc
- Good communication skills
