Contact Center Officer

Contact Center Officer is responsible for build and maintain good relationships and community building efforts with company’s consumers and partners. Guiding driver partners and passengers in using company mobile application and manage service enquiries and disputes arising from our consumer.

• Provide quality support through Voice and Digital Ticket channels for our consumer and partner
• Monitor various company communication channels including call center, social media, web enquiries, etc. and respond appropriately in a timely manner
• Gather feedback from drivers and passengers, observe front-line issues such as booking cancellation reasons, etc. and report promptly to supervisor
• Support other department campaigns when the need arises.

• Willing to work as shift rotation (Morning, Afternoon and Night)
• Minimum Qualifications: Studying or graduate in bachelor degree
• At least 1 years Contact Centre experience in a fast pace environment
• Quick learner, problem solver, passionate professional with strong interpersonal, cross-team collaboration and communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Good at English (Speaking & Writing)
• Able to work on shifts rotation and night shift
