Responsibilities and Duties

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of company’s retail store to ensure an excellent customer experience, efficient store performance, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.
The role involves managing staff, maintaining store standards, controlling inventory, and implementing marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Report to MD
Supervision of showroom mgt/leader and Store team leader.
There are 45 staffs

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or store management, preferably in lifestyle, property, or hospitality-related retail.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage team effectiveness.
Female Candidate
Mature and business understand concept
Experience both local and international company
The candidate who could accept the working condition.
Strong capacity with high commitment.
