Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist the JICA expert team on overall administrative work and arrange various logistics around the project.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the JICA expert team and other local staff on a daily basis.
  • Manage the project accounts.
  • Support or create meeting minutes.
  • Provide real-time translation services during meetings, conferences, and official communications between Khmer and English.
  • Translate written documents, including emails, reports, and official correspondences.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and government officers.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with government officials, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
  • Manage the leaders' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Assist in coordinating tasks across different departments.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications and Skills
  • To prefer bachelor’s degree with related field.
  • Experience in accounting and logistics coordination is preferred.
  • More than three years' experience as a secretary is preferred. Having experience with JICA or other donor-funded program preferred.
  • Fluency in both Khmer and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • To prefer previous experience in translation and interpretation roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of government protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
