Monday to Friday:
* Morning: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
* Afternoon: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Location: Phnom Penh
Salary: Negotiable
1. Sales Support & Client Follow-Up
- Prepare and maintain client lists, lead logs, and contact databases
- Contact and follow up with clients to arrange meetings, training discussions, and proposals
- Deal with the inquiries from clients and be responsive (via all CT channels)
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers
- Make appointments to consult and evaluate their needs and specifications
- Spot check on competitors
2. Client Meetings & Reporting
- Coordinate and attend client meetings when required
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action reports
- Maintain records of client communications and agreements
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data
3. Sales Pitch & Service Knowledge
- Develop strong understanding of the department’s training services and programs
- Support and conduct sales pitches and service presentations to clients
- Be able to create an attractive slide presentation
- Assist in preparing sales decks, quotations, and proposals
4. Marketing & Promotion Support
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotional posters, and short videos
- Coordinate with internal or external designers on marketing materials
- Support promotion of public training programs through social media and other channels
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing plan.
5. Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with the training team to align client needs and training solutions
- Support event coordination for public training and promotional activities
- Prepare regular sales activity reports
- Being an MC for CT events
- Coordinate operations and administrative tasks
- Assist ad hoc task from head of department.
- Perform other relevant tasks required by the department
- Assist the CT Department with the event management and preparation
- Manage the administrative details of confirming preferred sponsorships.
- Assist in creating new sponsorship opportunities that will offer clients the greatest exposure and ROI.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practice
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, client coordination, or marketing (training or service industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good follow-up, organization, and reporting skills
- Basic presentation and sales pitching ability
- Creative thinking with interest in marketing content (poster/video ideas)
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with social media platforms is an advantage
- Be able to use digital tools such as canva, slido, E-mail marketing
- English working proficiency
