Monday to Friday:
* Morning: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
* Afternoon: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

1. Training Content & Curriculum Development
- Design and develop training curricula, lesson plans, modules, and learning materials for soft skills, language, and professional development programs
- Customize training content to meet specific client needs, industry context, and learner levels
- Ensure training materials align with learning objectives, adult learning principles, and training standards
- Review and continuously improve existing training programs based on feedback and evaluation results
2. Training Needs Analysis & Client Engagement
- Work closely with clients to understand their training needs, objectives, and expected outcomes
- Conduct basic training needs analysis (TNA) through discussions, surveys, or assessments
- Translate client requirements into structured training programs and measurable learning outcomes
- Support content of the proposal and training outlines for client presentations and quotations
3. Public Training Program Planning
- Plan and organize public training schedules (monthly/quarterly calendar)
- Coordinate training topics, trainers, dates, and delivery formats (in-person, online, blended)
- Ensure training schedules align with market demand and seasonal business needs
4. Training Standards & Quality Assurance
- Develop and maintain training standards, course outlines, and documentation
- Ensure consistency and quality across all training programs
- Support the development of assessment methods, evaluation tools, and certification criteria
- Assist in compliance with internal SOPs and external accreditation or certification requirements (if any)
5. Coordination & Administrative Support
- Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery
- Prepare training materials, participant handbooks, slides, and supporting documents
- Maintain records of training programs, curricula, and participant evaluations
- Assist the Head of Department to manage Corporate Training
- Recommend marketing strategies to promote each program/course
- Identify and target prospective clients both corporate and individual
- Assist to design and execute effective training programs
- Assist the Head of Department with ensuring high quality teaching and learning
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practice
- Facilitate to conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resource Management, Training & Development, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in training, curriculum development, L&D, or corporate training
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to design training content and structured curricula
- Good understanding of adult learning principles
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Good planning and scheduling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel (experience with LMS is an advantage)
- English working proficiency; Chinese is a plus
