Responsibilities and Duties

Design and implement a scalable learning ecosystem that aligns with the company’s rapid expansion and HR transformation goals.
Develop all foundational L&D frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored for a fast-moving MFI environment.
Create standardized training modules to facilitate the aggressive rollout of new branches and product lines (e.g., Auto Loans).
Design and lead comprehensive induction programs for both HQ and Branch staff to ensure culture and process alignment from Day 1.
Develop specialized training paths for diverse roles, ensuring staff are technically proficient in financial products and compliance.
Collaborate with the Business Department to create training materials for new product launches, ensuring the sales force is market ready.
Lead the selection, implementation, and management of a new Learning Management System to provide remote training for the branch network.
Integrate digital tools with traditional classroom training to optimize learning efficiency across all provinces.
Establish a rigorous staff certification and examination system to validate technical competence and maintain high service standards.
Conduct regular, data-driven training needs assessments to identify performance gaps across the organization.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring a clear link between L&D initiatives and business growth.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor in relevant fields
Experiences in Training and development program from banking/MFI and at least 3 years in management level
Fast learner and flexibility
Very good in English communication.
