Handle Import Documentation & Regulatory Compliance (Form-D Processing)
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation operations.
Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance evaluations.
Ensure optimal inventory levels to balance service levels and cost efficiency.
Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs (cost, service level, lead time, stock turnover).
Lead demand forecasting and supply planning processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and company policies.
Manage logistics partners, freight forwarders, and distribution networks.
Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans for supply disruptions.
Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.
Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and logistics team.

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics, with leadership responsibility.
Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
