Local Technical Support Engineer

OXUS, a Korean manufacturer of oxygen generation systems, is looking for a Cambodia-based engineer to support our local customers. We are particularly interested in someone with practical experience in hospital medical gas or oxygen pipeline systems.

This is a field support and coordination role. You will not be expected to independently perform every installation or repair. You will work with local customers, site technicians, and the OXUS technical team in Korea.

What you will do

• Visit customer sites to support installation preparation, on-site installation activities, and basic system checks.
• Assist with after-sales service visits, initial inspections, and troubleshooting in coordination with OXUS engineers.
• Communicate customer issues and site conditions to the OXUS team, including photos and simple service updates.
• Help coordinate with hospital staff, local technicians, and service contractors when needed.

What we are looking for

• Experience working with hospital medical gas or oxygen pipeline systems.
• Based in Phnom Penh and available to visit customer sites when required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and safe on-site working practices.
• Able to communicate with OXUS by email or messaging; basic English communication is helpful.

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience with PSA oxygen generators, air compressors, or related medical equipment.
• Previous installation, maintenance, or hospital technical support experience.

Training and working arrangement

• OXUS will provide training on our oxygen generation equipment and service procedures.
• Work scope, schedule, and compensation will be discussed with suitable candidates. Project-based collaboration is possible.
