Job Summary
- We are seeking an Electronic Engineer to support the testing, maintenance, and technical operations of our EV charging and power products. This role combines hands-on hardware testing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and field service support, helping clients maintain reliable power infrastructure and EV charging operations. You will work closely with internal engineering teams and external partners to deliver high-quality technical solutions
Responsibilities and Duties
- Test, troubleshoot, and maintain Electronic and Power Devices to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform root cause analysis to diagnose technical failures and provide effective solutions.
- Operate laboratory equipment including Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Power Meters, and Electronic Loads.
- Provide technical consultation and field support to clients and field service operations when required.
- Prepare detailed test and service reports, collaborating closely with design and software engineering teams.
- Support product testing, commissioning, onboarding, and ongoing technical maintenance across active sites.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics or power products.
- Strong knowledge of high voltage systems and electronic schematic reading/diagram analysis.
- Proven diagnostic skills in electronic troubleshooting and strong communication skills.
- Experience with DC Fast Chargers, field service operations, or EV charging protocols (OCPP, OCPI, CCS, GB/T) is a strong advantage.
