Lead warehouse and interior fit-out workshop operations to ensure that materials, approved drawings, fabrication, assembly, quality inspection, and delivery processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Manage the daily operational workflow of the warehouse, CNC production, and interior workshop teams.
• Ensure materials are received, checked, stored, issued, and delivered accurately according to approved drawings, material specifications, BOQ, cutting lists, and production schedules.
• Coordinate closely with Interior Design and Architecture teams to confirm that approved drawings, shop drawings, material finishes, dimensions, and design revisions are clear before CNC cutting or workshop production begins.
• Review CNC cutting plans, cutting lists, nesting layouts, and production requirements to ensure efficient material usage, correct dimensions, and minimal waste.
• Monitor the full workflow from material receiving, storage, material issuance, CNC cutting, workshop production, quality inspection, packing, and delivery to the project site.
• Establish quality-control procedures for incoming materials, work-in-progress items, finished interior products, packing, and delivery to project sites.
• Establish and enforce quality-control checks for incoming materials, CNC-cut components, finished interior items, and delivered materials.
• Plan warehouse space, manpower, equipment, tools, material handling, and delivery schedules to support project requirements.
• Lead and supervise warehouse, CNC, and workshop employees, including work allocation, attendance, discipline, training, productivity, and performance improvement.
• Ensure the warehouse and workshop maintain proper housekeeping, safe working conditions, equipment care, and organized material storage.
• Recommend improvements to operational processes, quality standards, material handling, warehouse layout, CNC utilization, and cost control.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or Interior Fit-Out
• At least 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, joinery, workshop operation, or CNC production.
• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking, joinery, furniture production, veneers, finishing, and installation methods.
• Good understanding of CNC machines, CNC cutting files, AutoCAD, and production drawings.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, team leadership, and cross-department coordination skills.
