Lead and manage interior fit-out site execution to ensure that all interior works are completed according to approved designs, shop drawings, quality standards, project schedules, and client requirements.

• Lead daily interior fit-out activities at project sites, including joinery installation, ceiling, wall finishes, painting, furniture, fixtures, doors, hardware, and decorative works.
• Review approved design drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, BOQ, and work schedules before site execution.
• Coordinate with Interior Design, Architecture, Workshop, Warehouse, Procurement, MEP, and Construction teams to ensure materials, drawings, and technical requirements are ready before installation.
• Prepare and monitor site work plans, manpower allocation, installation schedules, and progress against the approved project timeline.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractor, installers, painters, carpenters, and other fit-out workers to ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on time.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all interior works meet approved drawings, material standards, workmanship requirements, and client expectations.
• Identify site issues, design discrepancies, material shortages, technical constraints, and quality defects, then coordinate timely solutions with relevant departments.
• Ensure all delivered materials are checked, protected, stored properly, and used according to approved specifications to prevent damage, loss, rework, or wastage.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders when required to provide site updates, technical clarification, and progress information.
• Manage design changes, variation works, revisions, and additional requests by ensuring that approvals are obtained before execution.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site progress reports, manpower records, material usage records, quality checklists, and photo documentation.
• Ensure site housekeeping, safety requirements, work area protection, and proper handling of completed interior finishes.
• Prepare punch lists, coordinate defect rectification, and ensure all outstanding works are completed before project handover.
• Support final inspection, client handover, and post-handover defect resolution where required.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out construction, furniture installation
• Strong understanding of interior finishing works, shop drawings, BOQ, materials, and installation processes.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Able to read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings.
• Good site coordination, quality-control, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work at project sites and under pressure to meet deadlines.
