The Site Supervisor – Furniture & Décor Installation is responsible for supervising on-site installation works, ensuring furniture, fixtures, and décor elements are installed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating installers, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining safety and workmanship standards on site.

• Supervise daily furniture, joinery, and décor installation activities on site
• Ensure installation follows approved shop drawings, layouts, and design specifications
• Coordinate installation of loose furniture, built-in furniture, decorative panels, mirrors, lighting accessories, and soft furnishings
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure finishing meets company and client standards
• Lead and coordinate installation teams, carpenters, and subcontractors
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Ensure workers follow safety rules and site regulations
• Report labor attendance and performance to management
• Inspect materials and furniture upon delivery to site
• Identify defects, damages, or missing items and report immediately
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of furniture and décor items
• Conduct final checks before handover
• Coordinate with Project Manager, designers, engineers, and client representatives
• Update site progress reports, photos, and daily logs
• Support site measurements, snag lists, and rectification work
• Ensure installation milestones are achieved on time
• Enforce site safety procedures usage
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Ensure compliance with site rules, building regulations, and company policies
• Resolve on-site installation issues efficiently
• Provide practical solutions for design or site constraints
• Communicate challenges and recommendations to management promptly
• Other task assigned from above management

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3+ years in a senior management role (e.g., Operations Supervisor / Manager, Schedule Plant Manager, Installations Manager, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing production & installation teams and driving operational excellence.
• Experience in managing multi-functional teams and collaborating across departments.
• In-depth knowledge of production and installation processes, and quality control
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in production and installation planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Strong understanding budgeting, cost, profitability metrics.
