Senior IT Manager provides strategic technology leadership, establishes comprehensive IT governance, and directs all IT operations and network infrastructure across the group. This role ensures high system availability, business continuity, robust cybersecurity resilience, and scalable architecture. The role oversees enterprise business applications, manages CAPEX/OPEX IT budgeting, and drives digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational business objectives.

• Direct, lead, mentor, and set performance goals for the IT team (Network infrastructure, Systems Administrator, Business System Operation, IT Support, and IT Security).
• Define and execute the roadmap for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure alignment with business objectives.
• Supervise enterprise networking (Cisco, SD-WAN) and perimeter firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), while driving cybersecurity defense and incident response.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, maintaining strict SLA/SLO metrics for uptime and service availability.
• Manage annual infrastructure capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) budgets, optimizing vendor contracts.
• Manage dual-site Data Centers (Primary & DR), HCI (HPE SimpliVity), Virtualization (VMware), Cloud workloads, and enterprise storage and computing resources.
• Implement and enforce ITIL processes for Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management.
• Direct business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) planning, conducting recovery testing and failover exercises.
• Site Connectivity: Manage the setup of IT infrastructure at new construction sites, ensuring project offices have stable internet, hardware, and communication tools.
• Negotiate with ISPs and hardware vendors; manage the lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, maintenance, and disposal.
• Security & Disaster Recovery: Implement robust cybersecurity tools and a security framework to protect sensitive financial and land development data.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.
• Experience: 8+ years in IT Infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (Real Estate/Construction experience is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Networking (Firewalls/VLANs), Server Administration (Windows/Linux/VMware), and Security/CCTV systems.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage IT setup projects for new office branches or remote construction sites.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Khmer with Good English skills for technical documentation and vendor communication.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple sites under pressure.

Working Days and Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00PM & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
• Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
