Responsibilities and Duties

Support client issue (install hardware, Software "windows")
Basic understanding Servers, Storages, switching, routing and security products (Dell, HPE, Huawei, Lenovo, Cisco, extreme, and others products)
Small case, issue related to Spare parts, issue or error support (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, and Huawei)
Internal back office supports (Network-card, RAM, HDDs, HBA, Power-Supply, SFP Modules, and others accessories).
Install OS (windows servers, Linux) and technical issue
Basic Knowledge on Office365
Willing to work as team, and improvement
Basic Vmware and backup software

Qualifications and Skills

IT Certificates or equivalent
Experience with windows servers, Linux and others OS etc.
Understanding on Servers, storages, Routing and switching, and Security products
At least 1-2yrs experience in IT supports
English reasonable and understandable
Used to working with IT Company, would be prioritized
Microsoft office 365 Knowledgeable and supportable
