The Logistics Officer will be responsible for coordinating the transportation (plan, coordinate, and oversee the movement of goods and materials across the supply chain), storage, and distribution of goods. This role focuses on efficiency and cost effectiveness.

• Coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or distribution center.
• Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers (Internal customer, Install and maintenance team).
• Monitor inventory levels and track shipments by coordinating with import agents (import clearance broker) and Control tower (Business share Service Center).
• Communicate with carriers, import agents, control tower, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations, delivery on time.
• Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate the performance of logistics partners and vendors.
• Implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations.
• Manage customs clearance and import/export documentation with the coordination from Import clearance broker.
• Provide support for inventory management (support from Inventory planner, BCS) and warehousing activities (3PLs).
• Plan and execute Yearly Stock count and monthly Circle stock count at warehouses.
• Partially support for local purchase on materials, service, and rental.
• Manage Petty Cash, Cash Advance and clear with Finance.
• Support as local IT coordinator for software installation/configuration and inventory of IT equipment at head office.
• Single point of contact for internal customer (installation and maintenance team) for material on site requests.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with EI, NI and Sales.
• Follows strictly the safety rules in accordance with the company policy.
• Other tasks assign by team leader.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration or a related field.
