Role Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and achieving revenue targets in the freight forwarding, warehouse, and logistics sectors. The role involves selling freight services (air, sea, land, and multimodal), warehousing and logistics services, negotiating rates, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure excellent delivery service.

Report to: Country Manager/ General Manager

. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Sea, Air, Road, Multimodal), warehousing, and logistics business.

· Develop a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as per Key Performance Indicators.

· Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

· Prepare and submit competitive quotations, tenders, and proposals.

· Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as Key Performance Indicators of the company

· Generate leads and business opportunities on behalf of our Agency partners and clients

· Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies tailored to the shipping industry.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and international shipping standards in all contracts and agreements.

· Collaborate with other departments (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities.

· Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.

· Any other project/task assigned by the management.

· Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience with a client portfolio on various trade lanes.

· Proven track record in international freight forwarding or trade facilitation.

· Strong communication, presentation, and client negotiation skills.

· Familiarity with Cambodia trade compliance and INCOTERMS.

· Excellent in Khmer and English verbal & written, additional languages preferable.
