Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct comprehensive cost analyses and calculate manufacturing and merchandise expenses to optimize profitability.
Audit and verify procurement documentation and landed costs to ensure accurate inventory valuation.
Oversee inventory management and reconciliation procedures to minimize variances.
Review and approve general and sub-account ledgers to maintain strict data integrity.
Analyze and review monthly financial reports to support executive decision-making.
Prepare and submit consolidated financial reports to the Head Office, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
Serve as a key point of contact to build relationships and resolve financial inquiries with internal and external stakeholders.
Update and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies for the Finance and Accounting (FNAC) Department to strengthen internal controls.
Report directly to the Finance and Accounting – Head of Department

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor/Master Degree’s finance and banking.
More than 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills (Approximately 3 Years).
Self-motivate, independent, self-organize, good communication & teamwork.
At least 3 years in the position of Deputy Financial Manager
Good comment of English.
Microsoft office (World, excel, quick book, internet, email)
Well understanding about financial transaction analyst.
Having a basic knowledge of financial statement and tax regulation of Cambodia.
Good Knowledge of Quick Books or accounting system.
