- Oversee and manage bookkeeping and accounting tasks, and product inventory tracking process
- Ensure proper control of inventory and complete physical counts and reconciliations
- Manage entries of item inventory using computer system
- Manage and track product sales (income) and business expenses using computer system
- Prepare required monthly reports and supporting documentation for reporting and tax compliance
- Other basic bookkeeping, accounting, and inventory tracking tasks
- University (Bachelor) degree or equivalent is required
- Accounting degree is required
- Experience working in medical supplies, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or supermarket business is a plus
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks) is required
- Experience using AI tools is a plus (Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude)
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills
- Honest and positive attitude
