Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate and sell products directly to customers in Khmer and English in person, and by chat app
- Develop a detailed understanding of products for sale (skincare and pharma), to recommend to customers
- Be comfortable communicating and selling products directly to doctors, as well as retail customers
- Be able to communicate in English directly with foreigners in other countries, for international sales
- Prepare sales invoices for customers, request items from stock, and report sales to accounting staff
- Prepare products to go out for delivery and do basic bookkeeping, sales accounting, and stock tracking
Qualifications and Skills
- University (Bachelor) degree or equivalent is required
- Pharmacy, Accounting, or Business Management degree is preferred
- Experience working in medical supplies, pharmacy, skincare clinic, or healthcare business is a plus
- Basic computer skills (email) and a strong interest in skincare and medical product sales is required
- Experience using AI tools is a plus (Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude)
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to join some international travel
- Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills
- Honest and positive attitude
