• Contribute to the short-term and long-term growth of dedicated products in territory by increasing awareness among Health Care Professionals
• Gain new business and grow existing business through a multichannel, customer engagement strategy that builds HCP confidence in and loyalty to dedicated products
• Increased brand relevance and usage in healthcare institutions by updating and sharing the latest nutrition information
• Conduct product demonstrations and emphasize saleable features/customer benefit
• Expand HCP’s knowledge of nutritional interventions and the measurable benefits of dedicated products, anticipation and manage objections, and gain clear commitment to recommending dedicated products and other brand-building activities.

30% on territory management:

• Monitor on daily sales performance to achieve overall business growth KPI
• Drive new active outlet
• Track self-progress against key performance indicators and sales plans and review daily sales activities performed
• To manage day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Call/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, gain demonstrations and quotation opportunities
• Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, tracking, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc., to improve sales targets and build relationship management
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery or installation of products/systems
• Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers.

• Nutrition knowledge/skill set is a plus
