Position Overview: As a Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through B2B sales, B2C sales, service selling, and client acquisition across institutional, corporate, and residential segments. This role focuses on understanding client needs, proposing suitable service solutions, and building long-term relationships that result in recurring and project-based business.
The position requires a hands-on sales professional who can engage decision-makers, homeowners, and operational teams while working closely with Operations and CRM to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Sales Scope & Segments
This role covers sales across the following segments:
B2B / Institutional Sales:
- Government offices, corporate clients, commercial buildings, factories, schools, hospitals.
B2C / Residential Sales:
- Households, high-value residential clients, property owners.
Service Sales:
- Cleaning, maintenance, post-construction cleaning, deep cleaning, facility services.
Client Acquisition & Growth:
- New client onboarding, contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new clients across B2B, B2C, and service-based segments.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and homeowners.
- Understand client pain points and recommend tailored service solutions aligned with their needs and budgets.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service packages.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and on-site walkthroughs.
- Negotiate service agreements, close contracts, and manage renewals.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and client database using CRM or tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and CRM teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or service expansion.
- Provide weekly sales activity and pipeline reports to the CEO/COO.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience across B2B, B2C, or service-based sales.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse client groups.
- Excellent Khmer and English communication (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to build trust, follow up, and close deals.
- Comfortable preparing proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Experience in service industries (cleaning, facilities, logistics, home services) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with government procurement or institutional sales processes is a plus.
- Existing client networks in Phnom Penh or major cities are preferred.
