Job Summary
  • Maintain the relationship with shippers (factory)/service provider (warehouse team)/carriers & internal team to result smooth operation.
  • Pro-actively work with HOD and on time work with over sea team (LCSV & CCSV) as well as customers for all related matters then solve issue timely. 
  • Booking acknowledgement within 24h upon received from vendor/shipper.
  • Must always follow SOP milestone (Pre-adv/Post-adv/DTL & ISF Filling) from the company KPI as well as reply note-log with customer and e-mail communication with internal/external customer in a daily basis. If found any discrepancy of port-pair/volume below set min/max load or wrong PO destination. CSV must escalate timely. 
  • Flexibility of work with carrier to get space and equipment availability. Any issue, CSV must report to customer/LCSV timely. 
  • Local Charge (Origin Invoice) must proceed billing after ETD+2days. 
  • AP must always capture pass to Fin-Con team in a weekly basis. Always N-3 procedure with Fin-Con team. 
  • AR follow up with shipper also by weekly. If any late settlement, CSV must issue “Late payment Fee” to shipper and if any further late, CSV must follow global process then report to LCV & Customer timely. 
  • Manage work timely. If found any unusual cargo condition (damage/retaped/double tapped) get in CFS, CSV must immediately work with shipper and solve issue. 
  • Always follow empty container inspection check list to all empty container prior inform warehouse team to proceed cargo loading at CFS. CSV must report to office team and escalate to trucker if any bad container condition and take as much photo for our evident. 
  • Submit a weekly report by every Monday and Monthly report by month end.  
  • On time training and at least must complete 15-20h per year. 
  • Good teamwork and good collaboration with the team. Close monitoring daily work to follow company policy and process.
