Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- To manage and control the stock of finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and semi-finished goods.
- To ensure that all concerned quality system procedure is followed as directed under the quality system.
- To ensure health & safety rules are observed, especially to prevent any fire risks/robbery / unhealthy behavior.
- To maintain warehouse in neat, tidy, good and safe condition.
- To provide supervision and training to all warehouse staff according to their functions and skills.
- To control the disposal of waste and make sure that it is in line with Sika’s and legal requirement.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage stock levels, replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Ensure timely and accurate input of inventory data into the system.
- Address discrepancies in inventory and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
Order Processing and Documentation:
- Manage order processing activities, including receiving, processing, and dispatching orders.
- Ensure that all shipping and receiving documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Oversee the preparation of shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists.
- Maintain records of orders, returns, and inventory movements.
Reporting and compliance:
- Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and back-office operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor and audit processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with related person to implement new policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
- Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to back-office operations.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
System and Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Work with IT and other departments to implement and maintain warehouse management systems.
- Ensure that all processes align with overall warehouse objectives.
- Experience: at least 5 years of experience in a warehouse
- Computer knowledge
- Good command of English, both writing and speaking
- Having analytical skills and a tendency to detail
