- Handle the complete order lifecycle, including order entry, purchase orders, processing, and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every step.
- Monitor and track the status of orders in coordination with logistics team, ensuring dealers are informed of progress and any delays, manage backorder follow follow-ups, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Manage collections activities, including invoicing, follow follow-ups, and resolution of discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate payment collection.
- Assist in handling the needs of the Sales department and coordinate with the logistics team for urgent deliveries and special special-order request.
- Coordinate with other departments such as sales, logistics, and inventory teams to streamline operations and enhance dealer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage outbound order volumes and provide accurate forecasts for budgeting and manpower planning.
- Stay updated on all company products, services, and policies to articulate product details clearly and accurately to dealers, highlighting key selling points.
- Respond to all inquiries from dealers about product availability, lead time, and pricing.
- Process and manage the flow of returned products from dealers to the designated warehouse/dropping point in coordination with logistics team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Resolving issues related to orders and transactions
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with dealers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Use order management systems or software for tracking and management of orders
- Ensure product availability by coordinating with the inventory team.
- Work closely with the team to align sales and inventory strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Lead, Supply Chain Operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management/Order Management/ Business Operations or related roles, preferably within the
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with digital platforms (SAP/ Salesforce etc.)
