Job Summary
- Spare Parts Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the spare Parts department in an automotive service center. The role ensures optimal inventory levels, place parts order, accurate stock control, efficient parts distribution, and high customer service standards while minimizing costs and downtime.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive and have knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Experience: More than 2 years of experience in automotive or vehicle industry.
- Team-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS)
- Having spirit of teamwork to improve the organization
- Able to accept works assigned by line manager
- Experience in vehicles, sustainability initiatives, or new mobility solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with emerging automotive technologies (e.g., autonomous driving,
- connectivity).
