Responsibilities and Duties

Supervise pickers, checkers, and warehouse workers in all storage zones.
Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch of goods.
Monitor accuracy of order fulfillment (quantity, quality, FIFO/FEFO compliance).
Regularly conduct stock counts/cycle counts.
Ensure proper stacking, palletizing, and space utilization.
Report inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions.
Enforce warehouse hygiene (cleaning schedules, pest control, PPE usage).
Monitor temperature logs and corrective actions for deviations.
Ensure compliance with cold chain and food safety requirements.
Assign daily tasks to pickers/checkers.
Train new staff on SOPs, WMS, and safety guidelines.
Monitor attendance, overtime, and discipline.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills

Years of Experience: +3 years of experience in Warehouse Management. CG, F&B
Education: Knowledge of inventory management systems. Ex: SAP or others
Computer’s program: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Language: English
Personal Qualification:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective time management and prioritization abilities
Leadership and management skills
