Senior Graphic Designer We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to drive the development of impactful visual communications across multiple platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping campaign visuals, brand assets, and key visuals that align with business objectives and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has strong conceptual thinking, excellent design execution skills, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• Design and develop campaign visuals, key visuals (KV), social media assets, and a wide range of brand collaterals across digital and offline platforms.
• Brainstorm, conceptualize, and propose creative ideas and visual directions that effectively communicate key messages and inspire target audiences, in collaboration with the line manager and stakeholders.
• Prepare drafts, mock-ups, and visual concepts, and present ideas clearly to the line manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all touchpoints.
• Conduct thorough color proof checks and quality control to ensure design accuracy and high production standards.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Review and refine designs to ensure visual quality, alignment with objectives, and compliance with brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or a fast-paced in-house environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Brand Design and Key Visual (KV) creation is required.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design and production workflows.
• Must have hands-on experience in photography and videography.
• Strong command of written and verbal English.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and design consistency.
• High attention to detail with proven ability to review designs for accuracy, quality, and brand compliance.
