Position Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our media team at Tunsai, a CSR oriented company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that elevate our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with the media team to produce engaging content for both digital and print platforms, ensuring all materials align with our brand’s tone, mission, and values. 

Responsible for developing creative visual content to support Tunsai Cleaning Solution’s branding, marketing, and promotional activities. The role focuses on graphic design, photo editing, and photography to strengthen brand image and communicate services effectively across digital and print platforms.

Content Creation: 

• Design marketing and branding materials (posters, flyers, brochures, banners, social media content).
• Develop visual concepts aligned with Tunsai Cleaning Solution brand identity.
• Support promotional campaigns through creative design and visual storytelling.
• Edit photos for marketing use, including service photos, staff, and company activities.
• Conduct photography sessions for cleaning projects, events, and promotional materials.E
• nsure consistency of brand visuals across all platforms and communications.
• Collaborate with HR and marketing teams on employer branding and recruitment materials.
• Prepare design files for printing and digital publishing.
• Update and manage visual content for social media and company platforms.
• Stay updated with design trends and propose new creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
• Experience in photography is considered an advantage. 

Cross Department Collaboration: 

• Work closely with the media team to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns.
• Work with other departments whenever needed to support graphical design needs.  

Product Design Support:

• Create designs for labels, products and mockups for cleaning products and tools.
• Ensure brand consistency in all print material. 

Brand Consistency

• Ensure our assets (digitally and print) are consistent to our brand guidelines.
• Making sure all media is transformed in a way that aligns to our vision and mission.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of design work.
• Proficiency with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop or equivalent).
• Excellent creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to present ideas and designs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to create diagrams and illustrations to support other departments.
• A heavy interest in working with photos and brand storytelling
• An interest in videography but not require 

Qualification / Education:

• Preferable but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related f ield, or equivalent practical experience.
