Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design specialists to ensure drawings accurately reflect design concepts. Monitor and update knowledge of construction laws and regulations to ensure proper technical compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and maintain good working relationships.
- Revise and update drawings as required, taking into account design changes and feedback from clients and stakeholders. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all project documentation and records.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Provide timely monthly reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Experience in preparing Construction Documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
