The Architectural Visualizer is responsible for creating high-quality visual representations of architectural designs to support project communication, client presentations, and marketing initiatives. This role requires both technical expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software, and creative skills to produce realistic images, animations, and walkthroughs. By collaborating closely with architects, designers, and project managers, the Architectural Visualizer ensures that design concepts are accurately translated into compelling visuals that meet company standards and client expectations.

• Develop detailed 3D architectural models from sketches, CAD drawings, and BIM files.
• Produce photorealistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for projects.

III. Technical & Creative Development

• Stay updated with visualization tools, rendering techniques, and industry trends.
• Explore innovative methods such as VR/AR visualization for immersive experiences.
• Maintain organized libraries of materials, textures, and assets.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand and implement project objectives
• Produce high-quality still, panoramic, and animated renderings
• Review and make necessary corrections to visual elements before final submission

IV. Quality Assurance & Delivery

• Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Review and refine visuals to meet company standards and client expectations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in rendering software and optimize output quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio of visual and architectural designs.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering
• Excellent graphic design skills to enhance and polish visualizations with post-production software like Adobe Photoshop.
• High level of creativity and artistic flair for designing and creating appealing, realistic visualizations.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the representation of architectural designs, materials, and lighting conditions.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address issues that may arise during the visualization process.
• 2-up years of experience as an Architectural Visualizer or similar role
• Proficiency in relevant visualization and design software (such as 3DS Max, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite)
