• To assist and work closely with the Design Director, team leaders, senior designers and team members.
• To assist developing design works through all stages from conception to completion.
• To assist in preparing schematic, design development drawings, tender drawings and construction drawings in form of 2d and 3d drawings.
• To assist in sourcing out materials, supplier and sub-con relevant to the project on hand.
• To assist in project site survey and measurement.
• Prepare meeting minutes, communicate design ideas and direction quickly to the team as per client’s, sub-con, vendors and project team requirement.
• Able to handle sub-con, vendors, supplier and sometimes client coordination meeting in-case design manger and team leader are not available.
• Perform other tasks assign by Design Director, Team Leaders and Senior Designer.

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related studies.
• At least 2-3 year working experience as a Junior Designer / Technical Drawing Designer.
• Able to read architecture drawing.
• Proficient in English both written and oral to liaise with associates.
• Able to work with team

• Good listener and able to work as instructed by the supervisor Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Possess strong understanding and excellent attention to detail.

• Good sense of time management.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft power point, MsWord, Excel, Adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketch Up and V-ray is a must.
• Other related design software is a plus.
