Responsibilities and Duties

About the team:

  • Build and maintain good relationships and community building efforts with Grab’s consumers and partners.
  • Guiding driver partners and passengers in using Grab mobile application
  • Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from our consumer

About the Assignment:

  • Provide quality support through Voice and Digital Ticket channels for our consumer and partner
  • Monitor various company communication channels including call center, social media, web enquiries, etc. and respond appropriately in a timely manner
  • Gather feedback from drivers and passengers, observe front-line issues such as booking cancellation reasons, etc. and report promptly to supervisor
  • Support other department campaigns when the need arises
Qualifications and Skills

The Core Objectives:

  • Willing to work as shift rotation (Morning, Afternoon and Night)
  • Minimum Qualifications: Studying or graduate in bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 years Contact Centre experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner, problem solver, passionate professional with strong interpersonal, cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills
  • Good at English (Speaking & Writing)
  • Able to work on shifts rotation and night shift
