Working hours: From 12 PM to 9 PM, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
The key responsibilities of the Customer Service include but are not limited to:
- Answer or attend to customers’ enquiries/complains through face to face, telephone calls and emails, ensuring that their requests and issues are being addressed accordingly for customers
- Register, update & record our customers’ particulars & requests into our on-line system and then monitor, follow up, and coordinate all works that are necessary in completing the customers’ requests
- Following up on the feedbacks & escalations within the internal department/organization to resolve issues brought up by customers
- Manage customers’ expectations and display ownership for customers’ requests
- Taking payments by cash, cheque or credit card
- Prepare or assist in preparing reports
- Verification of cash and cheque collection against daily collection reports.
- Undertake any other tasks and/or responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably at 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Service-oriented with good communication skills – ability to handle customers either through email, telephone or face-to-face.
- Focussed and results-orientated.
- Pleasant, warm and cheerful personality.
- Strong people skills - ability to lead and motivate others.
- Strong organizational skills.
Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:
- Female are encourage to apply.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in relate duties is preferred.
- Must be honest and professional in work ethics.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good Chinese Language and computer skills.
- Commitment to cultivating a good working relationship with other staff members.
- A positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Willing to work under time pressure.
