- Coordinate with shippers, warehouse, carriers, overseas teams, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Acknowledge bookings within 24 hours after receiving from shipper/vendor.
- Follow company SOP and KPI (pre-alert, post-alert, documentation, email follow-up).
- Communicate daily with customers and internal teams; escalate issues or discrepancies on time.
- Work with carriers to secure space and equipment; report any issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit local charges after ETD + 2 days.
- Support AP and AR follow-up with Finance team and shippers on a weekly basis.
- Report late payments and follow company process when required.
- Handle cargo issues (damage, wrong condition) and work with shipper to resolve quickly.
- Check empty containers before loading and report any issues with photos.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on time.
- Attend required training (15–20 hours per year).
- Work closely with the team and follow company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree holder in related field.
- Good command of written/ spoken English will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in shipping and/or logistics related field.
