Be responsible for recording the business operation activity in accordance with the standard, and ensure that the accounting information is always available for managers within the departments.

Reports to: Finance Manager

• Work closely with the accountant Team and provide support on account, finance, and administration matters as requested.
• Assist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports as required.
• Monitor daily petty cash payments and update them in a spreadsheet.
• Ensure that purchase order and procurement documents are complete and up-to-date.
• Ensure that the request and approval process is adhered to, and supporting documents are completed before the release of any transaction payments.
• Ensure that the daily transactions are properly and correctly recorded in the cashbook and accounting record.
• File and maintain documents properly.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance /Accounting.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel and compatible accounting systems.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, team building skills and reliability.
• Flexible and able to work under time pressure.
