Responsibilities and Duties
  • Be in charge of sales and customer development & service.
  • Be knowledgeable about the service and product.
  • Represent the company to participate in various events and join networking associations.
  • Directing and coordinating all sales & marketing activities & campaigns.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new, and existing customers and explore business cooperation.
  • Be knowledgeable and understand the company's products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales.
  • Coordinate with different departments in the company.
  • Other tasks are assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Cambodian Nationality and good at English, both in reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Experience as sales for at least 3 years.
  • Possess relevant business knowledge and experience in related industries will be prioritized.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sufficient computer skills.
  • Be suitable or socially acceptable in appearance and manners.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome sales challenges.
