This position is the key link between our company and dealer partners. You’ll ensure excellent service standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while driving growth across both after-sales and dealer management functions.

Dealer’s Service Operations

• Support dealers to improve service quality, performance, and customer retention
• Resolve service claims and operational issues efficiently
• Ensure dealers have the right tools, facilities and systems, with necessary dealer visits, audits and compliance checks

Dealer Performance, Customer Satisfaction & Market Development

• Monitor dealer sales and service performance, providing support for various campaigns and activities
• Track and analyze KPIs, customer retention, and service units to devise and support the implementation of improvement strategies
• Conduct regular performance reviews through dealer visits and provide consulting to drive operational excellence
• Identify operational weaknesses or gaps within the dealership and lead the development and execution of effective solutions.
• Engage dealers to enhance customer satisfaction
• Plan and execute service marketing campaigns designed to increase after-sales revenue (seasonal promotions, mobile service, expand sales-service opportunity project, etc.)
• Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to explore and identify new business opportunities

Spare Parts & Warranty Management

• Manage spare parts distribution to dealer
• Manage warranty-related issues with the manufacturer

Strategic & Administrative Support

• Prepare reports on dealer performance and market trends
• Support departmental projects and initiatives
• Manage daily administrative and reporting tasks

• Male or Female, age 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
• 3 years+ of experience in automotive sales or dealer management - Knowledge of automotive service operations, spare parts management, and warranty processes.
• Strong leadership
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build strong dealer relationships.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, DMS, or similar systems)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
